Education
Constant learning is crucial for people with diabetes to navigate the many factors—like diet, exercise, stress, and medication—that impact daily management. However, the constant learning and unlearning can get overwhelming. With our learning and education programs, we help make this process more personalised, more collaborative and less prescriptive. This enables PwD to make better decisions and prevent complications, leading to healthier, more balanced lives.

D-Coded - Diabetes Research Made Accessible
Why should one’s limited understanding of medical terminology, tech specs and research methodology come in the way of learning about their condition? D-coded is an endeavour to simplify complex research studies about Diabetes, and to make science accessible to everyone living with the condition. Through our website you can access articles that simplify the latest and greatest in diabetes language and present the findings in layman terms.
Support
Community and peer support are essential for people with diabetes, as they help combat feelings of isolation and despair by fostering connection and understanding. At Diabesties, our community engagement initiatives are designed to encourage PwD and their caregivers to share their experiences with others who face similar challenges. This helps in building resilience and providing the emotional strength that is required to deal with the day-to-day highs and lows of living with Diabetes.

It offers a space to share experiences, gain practical insights, and receive emotional support, with a focus on mental well-being to prevent burnout and provide comfort during challenging times.
Unwind - Mental Health Matters
With this project, we seek to address a critical missing piece in diabetes care: mental health. Type 1 Diabetes and mental well-being are deeply intertwined, and it's essential to recognize and manage both together. Through our initiative, we aim to "UNW1ND" the connection between them, helping people learn how to care for both their mental health and diabetes simultaneously.
